Pendant la séance\, la respiration consciente connectée devient un chemin pour relâcher les tensions\, clarifier l’esprit et ouvrir de nouveaux espaces en toi. \nGuidé pas à pas\, tu es amené.e à te reconnecter à ton corps\, à ton souffle et à ta puissance. À travers ta respiration\, tu explores ce qui te freine\, ce qui te porte et ce qui demande à émerger. L’atelier est conçu comme un temps sécurisé où l’on peut déposer le stress\, traverser ses émotions et retrouver une puissance douce et alignée. Je t’accompagne tout au long de la séance. \nCet atelier breathwork – Libère ton potentiel s’adresse à toute personne qui souhaite dépasser des blocages\, retrouver confiance et activer son plein potentiel créatif\, émotionnel ou personnel.
